Xyza Cruz Bacani | Pinoy Photographer in HK

When I rebooted my photography blog, I decided to start it off featuring Xyza Cruz Bacani.  Her tales of her career inspired me to pursue again writing about images, pictures.   A self taught photographer, workshops are expensive she says, her start in photography was similar with mine.  The only difference, the big difference is that her pictures are amazing and she has a Magnum award.  Her black and photos really picks you up, emotion captured moments takes you into her shoes and feel the situation.  Those kinds of images are not learned from workshops or classes.

Her financial situation also did not stop her from pursuing her passion.  Photography is not cheap and she knows this, yet it didn't let her prevent shooting her images.  She worked for 6 days a week and does her shooting on her day off.  I can hardly imagine how many images she has taken already.
