Miss Universe Philippines 2020 Shifts to High Gear

The new Miss Universe Philippines (MUPh) is now more than a brand. An organization thta encourages young ladies to be empowered personalities. Those who will embody being agents of meaningful change wherever they are. They shall be women who'll participate in program to train them to provide positive inspiration to other young women.

This is the push that the new MUPh wishes to impart to the media which were invited today at the Empire Studio premises in the Uptown Mall in Taguig.

The MUPh team earlier was led by its National Director, Shamcey Supsup Lee, a former MUP Queen as well, answered questions from the media regarding the new selection and training acumen to be implemented with the new organization.

They mean to explain to media that they are in search of potential young ladies capable of being empowered. They are not limited to "MUPh ready" candidates as they said, having the potential "to be" and willing to be trained for months is all they need to accept for this year's pageant.

They also reminded us that submissions for applications shall end January 31, 2020 while screening starts on Feruary 1, 2020. Lucky ladies to be chosen will be provided a comprehensive training to be MUPn able and level candidates come coronation night on May 3, 2020 at the SM Arena of the Mall of Asia in Pasay City.
