Hiyas ng Carrascal 2019 Winners

The sleepy town of Carrascal, Surigao Del Sur woke up that night when the Hiyas Carrascal 2019 started.  From the swimsuit and fashion show, all excitement went to overdrive till this coronation night.

In the end it, the title of Hiyas ng Carrascal finally went to Louise Theunis (who also won, Best in Formal Gown).  Other winners are as follows;

First Runner Up - Mia Jane Salisbury

Second Runner Up - Nikki Louise Tan (Best in Talent)

Third Runner Up - Kyla Sanchez (Best in Filipiniana Tapestry)

Fourth Runner Up - Kristi Celyn Banks (Photogenic / Miss Nature Spring)
