Stocked Bread

Gulfoods 2014 was held last february and I would say it was the sweetest gig I'd ever had. Imagine the whole place stocked with food, and equipment from food handling to cooking and serving.

Whatever your fancy, its there.  Vegetarians and meat lovers congregate, eat and mingle. All international delicacies well represented, so its like traveling the whole world in 3 days.

Early faves were the japan and korean booths, where I had partaken bits of sushi, tofu, noodles and crab meats.  Next were the french with their non alcoholic wines and cheeses.  Filipino booths, pardon me if I'm biased here, gave me a taste of back home.

With all the Halls decked with food, I almost forgot why I was there.  I was enthralled with the place, with all the people coming in and out, with taste of new culinary masterpieces dished out by eager chefs.

3 days were so short and I wish it could have been a week.  I guess 3 days is enough lest I gain weight again.  Gulfoods was a success in my book and I can't wait to shoot it again.
